What is Work Force?
We are an effective pre-employment program geared to assist local youth develop the skills necessary to overcome their employment barriers. Our trauma sensitive programming creates the necessary safe spaces, geared to come along side in reaching their goals. For many, being employed and financially healthy is nothing but an unattainable dream- We not only encourage our youth to break cycles of negative experiences, hopelessness and unhealthy dependencies, but walk with them in the process, all while discovering together a Creator who loves them and has a hope and future for all of us!

- Mentorship: We value mentoring relationships that encourage youth to dream and grow in character and confidence.
- Equip: We value equipping youth with healthy life skills they'll need not only to survive but thrive at home, school, communities and even in their future work.

When understood in context, Jeremiah 29:11 was written to
people in the midst of oppression, hardship and suffering.
The promise God gave them is the same for all of us today!
The Creator promise's a plan to thrive even in the midst of current circumstances.

* Youth do not have to ascribe to a particular faith or world view to participate in any of our programs. They only need to be willing to respect themselves, others and the community.
